I would give this company a minus five-star rating if I could. They should be prosecuted for how they handled us. They have gone to great lengths to guarantee that the policy's standards are not met. They aim to avoid paying out at any costs. This isn't coverage. LOOK ELSEWHERE because they will go to great lengths to annoy you, so you will give up and leave even though the demo work was approved. They now claim that we demoed too much, even though the demo firm presented them with a proposal, which they accepted, and for which they paid the demo business. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

An awful company that shows no regard for the person hit by the at-fault driver and refused to repair or rent a car. They ignore your calls and emails and abandon you. Worst insurance business I've ever dealt with.

My car has been throwing codes and turning off and on since it was under warranty with the dealer and having communication issues with plug-ins. I continued getting codes from Onstar to the Mychevrolet app. I complained. The dealer insisted on having me bring it in multiple times to bill me rental fees and diagnostic fees since they couldn't figure out what was wrong. When the car locked up again at 60 mph, whiplashing me almost into my windshield, I brought it in. They corrected the problem but claimed that the extended warranty they offered me was insufficient to cover it. When I contacted the Zurich extended warranty company, they claimed that Chevrolet never contacted them to try to file a claim. It locked up on me again a month later. This time I brought it in, they kept it over the weekend, and I paid the rental out of my pocket again, and they couldn't locate the problem, so they told me to bring it in when it started acting strangely, so I drove it to the dealership, and the brakes were smoking. So they rectified the problem, which they claimed was a brake booster, but they still charged me for the front rotors and brakes. I had to change warranty firms at this point because I suspected either Chevrolet or Zurich of lying about the claim. So my new extended warranty only covered the brake booster and master cylinder, leaving me to pay for the brakes, rotors, and brake labor and a ten-day rental because my warranty wouldn't cover it because of the labor was less than eight hours. Now I'm having a problem with the car not starting at all. I drove it 500 miles when I took it out of the shop the previous time, and I was trying to figure out how I could spend so much money on a brand new automobile that I bought on January 1, 2020. There were no rentals available at the dealership. And my neck hasn't fully recovered since the event at 60 miles per hour when it locked up on me.

I have an extended warranty with this company on my car that covers rentals while my car is being serviced, but they won't approve a rental until the work on my car is approved, so I paid for my rental. I called their office and asked if they would reimburse me for the rentals I had already paid. One gentleman said no, then I spoke with another who said yes and told me to fax over the contract that they would reimburse me.

Had previously worked for this company. Getting in touch with anyone in HR or Accounts Payable is a nightmare. In the middle of September, I resigned. First, I provided my manager with an address change; however, he failed to specify that I needed to alter it anyplace else in any of the systems; thus, all of my documentation was being sent to the wrong location. On the first day, my boss informed me of the days I would be paid. I've never been paid on time (s). I called HR several times, requesting a timetable for when I would be paid. I had several conversations with various people who informed me that I would be paid on various dates. After the first guy told me that they didn't have any direct deposit information, which I had given them within my first week, I had to resubmit my direct deposit information. After he told me they didn't have it, I asked how I could get it to them because I just wanted to get paid and get this mess over with. "That will take far too long to process," he said. I told him I needed my money and direct deposit, and he provided me a paper to fill out, which I returned to make sure it was sent that day. When I called again to check on the status, the lady informed me that he had never filed it. After contacting the HR supervisor, I was eventually paid on the last day of the month!! Even now, halfway through October. I'm still waiting for reimbursement for the mileage I drove. a month later. I phoned Accounts Payable four times and spoke with the same person, who assured me that I would be paid "within 24 hours." This same individual also promised to call me back two separate times, but I never received a call.

When I called for the fifth time, someone else answered the phone and informed me that they did not have my direct deposit information on file at all. So, after sending my direct deposit twice, the Accounts Payable department informed me that they had no record of it. I requested to speak with the supervisor, who informed me that he would ship my cheque to the incorrect address. I've tried calling to check on the status and see whether my check has been sent out, but no one would pick up the phone. So, my concern is, do you not pay resigning employees if you suddenly lose their direct deposit information? Were you hoping I'd leave and not demand to be compensated for the miles I drove for your company? So, a month after my resignation, I still haven't received all of my money from this company. They're still sending me equipment for a job that I quit weeks ago. This has been extremely irritating, upsetting, and infuriating. I didn't expect to receive all of my funds before the end of the week, but at the very least, by the end of the month!!
